DOT/PG/1684 I MADED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE EX-PGM MR'KUMAR OF VADODARA (BSNL) GUJARAT ON 10/10, BUT I HAVE RECEIVED IT'S REPLY ON 30/01.ALMOST AFTER 1.5 YEARS! INSTEAD OF WRITING THAT THEY WOULD TAKE PROPER ACTION THEY HAVE WRITTEN THAT WE ARE THE REGULAR COMPLAINTER & NON-PAYER OF AMOUNT! BUT THE TRUTH FACT IS THAT "WE ARE THE REGULAR PAYER OF BSNL LANDLINE & CELLULAR BILLS ON NEXT DAY ONLY! U CAN SURELY GO THROUGH MY ACCOUNT! ACCOUNT NO. GRUPGJVDR1902 THEY WERE NOT GIVING PROPER RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINT INSTEAD MAKING US GUILTY! THEY CALLED ME FOR APPOINTMENT & THEN AFTER MAKING ME 2 HOURS SIT! THEY TOLD ME THAT U CANNOT MEET HIM! THEY JUST INSULTED ME SO BADLY! THEY WERE FORCING US TO CLOSE OUR BSNL CONNECTIONS & TO SWITCH OVER TO ANOTHER COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES LIKE RELAINCE! THE CGM OF BSNL ALSO WROTE AGIANST US TO MR. NARENDRA KUMAR! WHICH IS NOT CORRECT! PLS TELL ME IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT AN REGULAR CUSTOMER OF BSNL! UR LOGO IS "CONNECTING INDIA"BUT BY DOING THIS U R MAKING WRONG & MAKING US DECIDE TO DO WHAT! SIR IF AN SINGLE CUSTOMER IS DISSATISFIED HE CAN ALSO MAKE DISSATISFY OTHERS! FOR EXAMPLE HIS RELATIVES, FAMILY MEMBERS, FREINDS, ETC... I AM JUST GIVING U AN EXAMPLE SIR! I LOVE MY COUNTRY & I ALSO LOVE TO ENJOY SERVICES OF BSNL! BUT IF WE WULD RECEIVE THIS TYPE OF BAD TREATMENTS FROM EX-PGM & CGM IT WILL MAKE US RETHINK ON OUR DECISION TO USE BSNL SERVICES!
