This is to bring into your kind notice that on dot courier services in patiala are performing very poor...
Parcels are being deiverd timey from delhi to patiala center but thereafter not being deliverd further to fianl consumers. Owner is not willing to attend the complaints and employees are acting as owner of the goods. My docket No. 304870986 being deliverd on 19 th feb 09 from delhi on dot head office to patiala on dot courier but wen i visited patiala on dot courier on 23rd employee sitting over there behaved
very rudely. upon asking why they are not picking phone he said that u should move out and come tomorrow to collect your parcel... Being a CA this would not be tolerated... Please tac some action against patiala on dot courier and deliver my parcel safely to my premises... looking after your early action or I hav to forcefully proceed legally...
