Pf not recieved

To whom ever it is concerned, /

I have submitted my Pf withdrawl form nearly three months back, with PF NUMBER KN/6941/2121, but still i didnt recieved my PF, i have my Acknowledgement slip, now PF office people are telling they havent recieved the form yet, or they would have send it back for some clarification, but i didnt recieved any form and they dont have any proof of sending it back, they themselves are not clear. while My friends who have submitted forms on the same day when i submitted for them also these people said they havent recieved their forms but amount is creidited in to their account, please help me in this regard to get my PF amount as soon as possibe as i need money urgently.
