Not accepting application for new connection

HI,

my complaint is againest madhavi gas agencies that they are not accepting my application for new gas connection .they are telling that they will take my application form after january only, i am not able to understand why they are not accepting. what about my seniority if i submitt application on jan inspite of nov the same question i ask them they are telling thats our policy where ever you want to talk you talk we are not afraid of any thing.
