I have been complaining of not receiving the pin from the day i have received my card, It seems nobody is heeding their ears to the complaint, please note, do not promote the product untill and unless things are not in place. I have been repeatedly complaining of me not receiving the statement at the correspondence address also, I do get a message on my mobile two days prior to my due date, the time been given to me by this means is insufficient, kindly note that you cannot hold me responsible for the late payment if in case it happens .kindly rectify the problem at the earliest.
