Non response to phone calls

I have taken the gas connection from M/s. Madhu Gas Agency, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Kondli, Delhi. Since one week i tried to book the cylinder through phone Nos.01122611514 & 01122618691. But, it went vain since always phone is busy and no response at all. So, it becomes very difficult to get contact the gas agency authorities. kindly look into this please
