Subject: Regarding not providing the Original vouchers and paper of LPG Cooking gas connection.

Sir,

I want to state that my gas connection was transferred from Egal Gas Agency, of Indian Oil Ltd to Madhupur Gas Agency Indian Oil Ltd in Jan and Manager of Madhupur Gas Agency, Faizabad said to me to submit original vouchers and paper of LPG Cooking gas connection to office of Madhupur Gas Agency, Faizabad and promised me to provide new vouchers and paper. I was told by him that the connection was transferred to GD Gas Service, Faizabad. I went many times to Manager of Madhupur Gas Agency, Faizabad and GD Gas Service, Faizabad but neither my gas service was booked nor new paper was given to me. I have been harassed by Manager of Madhupur Gas Agency.

Therefore, I request you kindly to take necessary action in this case and make

provide me gas service in proper home delivery system.
