Hi

I applied for an exam in Indian Institute in Banking & Finance and the study material was to be sent by them.

I got a mail by them that they have send the study material on 30th Sept but after 10 days also i had not received the courier which was to come from mumbai to pune.

Then i wrote a complaint mail to IIFB stating that and told them to take this matter seriously. Then they took appropriate action and i received the material on 11th Oct.

Kindly take some action against this courier so that they act with some seriousness and do the work properly.
