I want to complaint against 'Madhur courier service' for not delivering of my courier which had been sent by my parents from Jabalpur to Indore. From last 1 week i hadn't receive my courier, i had inquired from Jabalpur office they replied that had already sent my courier to Indore. I had gone to Indore Madhur courier office for asking of my courier but they were not giving any response but they are just refusing it. My courier contains 2 imp. books of my company secretary institute for my study purpose and some homeopathic medicines, most specifically those books are very important for me.
