I have sent an envolope containing important from Vidisha to New-Delhi on 14th oct but not delivered till date, whereas i've notified on the envolope as very urgent document to be delivered urgently, i went to their office but they have no answer other than " IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN NEXT 3 OR 4 DAYS", courier services like this are running in our country, i think government should take some serious action against them.
