I have a small retail outlet in sukhiapokhari 25km from darjeeling and i was reguarly taking nokia phones for my shop from ac banerjee a local distributor for nokia in darjeeling. But since a c banerjee has left nokia in darjeeling we take nokia phones from madhuri commodities siliguri. It is observed that neither the company person nor the distributor point is keen to visit the place. This has led to a dence decrease in sale of nokia phones in our place. I would be thankful to the forum if the complain is forwarded to the concerned departement
