I had worked with M/s. Maestros Mediline Systems Limited, Mumbai on 1st November and posted as a Area Manager - Sales at Chennai and I was resigned from the organisation on 8th August.
I had submitted my EPF form (duly filled) to our mumbai office on October and 1 more form also given on November.
Reg NSSN form also i have sent to our mumbai office by courier on january.
sofar, nothing had happened and regarding this issue i have sent so many reminders to mumbai office - maestros mediline systems ltd, mumbai.
Regarding my mail, they have replied and that mail copy pasted below for your ready reference.

We too have been following up on the same. Infact our personall has gone to the Pf office to find why the delay for so many ex employees. The said they had not updated their system about our payments. Will update it at the earliest. So based on the same your dues should be cleared by next month.

Almost period of 2years over, still this issue pending. No action, reply from EPF - Maharashtra office and M/s. Maestros Mediline Systems Limited, Mumbai sofar.
Hope you understand my position and iam in the need of money for my business purpose so please.
kindly advice me, how can i get my dues as early with any interest amount delay also, please add the same and deposit to my S.B.A/c No: 006010100583701, Axis Bank (UTI Bank - old)
