Unjustified delay in PF Withdrawl

Dear Sir,

I applied for my pf withdrawl in Aug but till date the amount has not been deposited yet. And when today i checked my claimed status online, i found that it has been rejected.

So, i want to know that, if my aforesaid company send the application form after checking it then when was that rejected?

Please do the needful ASAP.
