I have purchased a Micro sd 2 GB card for my Mobile Nokia 2700 classic on 07.10.2010 from The Shop R.V Mobile, Jai Complex, Sindhi Colony, Bilaspur (C.G), Proprieter -Mr Ravi Lokwani, Phone no. 09827487008, 09893222278, 09303433633.
When I put the card in my mobile it was already loaded and was showing corrupted files and was not working properly so I immediately went back to return it but the retailer refused either to return it or repair it. I enquired and found that there is no such company named Magic plus existing and the SD card given to me was a Duplicate one because it has no identification numberon it. The bill (Bill no. 107) of Rs 250 which was given by the retailer has no TIN no. and when I asked he said that he sell Mobiles and all accessories without a Tin noand he need not to pat any sale tax or Vat on bill. It seems that duplicate and pirated materials are sold by the retailer to the customers. Kindly do the needfull.
