My consumer number is 1061781. I requisitioned a replacement gas cylinder on Sept. 3. I visited Mahavir Gas Agency on Sept. 11 and was told the requisition was registered on Sept. 9 and delivery at my residence would be on Sept. 15 or 16. Till date, Sept. 23 no delivery has been effected despite phone calls in the morning and afternoon and assurances of delivery in the evening or next day. I am 75 years of age with an acute knee problem. Can any authority assist me? Every 6 months I experience the same problem with Mahavir Gas.
