Delay in reconnection

We have a second home in Anjali Nagar Badlapur. Due to not paying bills on time, the Mahavitaran had cut the electricity to Home. Last month we had made all the payments and are expecting a recoonection.

We have been constantly following up with the Mahavitaran billing unit for the reconnection. The answer we are getting is, they don't have wire of required length, the employee didn't came to office today etc.

We also directly asked them whether they are expecting any bribe?

Since there is no electricity at home, we are not able to go there and stay.
