Sir, we have purchased one mahindra & mahindra generator from m/s agarwal & associate engineers, kanpur on date 20 june for the Rs. 2, 72, 480.00 but we regret to make the complaint of local service provider m/s G-Link Enterprises, Kanpur that he is continuosly trying to make us fool by his miss guiding statements.
We have made complaints many times to this service provider but he use to send a service engineer only but no any action being taken till date. Despite of written statement by their service engineers (we have all the copy of the same complaints sheets) he is not solving our problem. The details of product is written below:
