Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Area Office, Bhuwanashwer had booked a parcel for Mahindra Defence Systems, New Delhi on 11th July through DTDC vide Docket No. K34852488 but till datei.e. 19th Aug. the packet containing doucuments had not been delivered to Delhi office. Multiple complaints have been lodged with all concerned officials namely Mr. Kamal Rawat, Branch Mamnger, Tel. 011-46049184, Mr. Vikram Kothari, G.M.Mob. 9350739313 and customer care of DTDC but all in vain. Till date neither the packet has been delivered nor any response has been given to us. The extreemly poor service and highly non cooperative behaviour from DTDC has caused a huge loss by not getteing the doucuments in time. We are planning to lodge l formal complaint with Consumer Forum for non delivery of packet resulting huge loss to us.
