Non delivery of Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I had booked the cylinder from M/s Samadhan Indane, Nashik (Maharashtra) on 03.07.2009. Till it has not been delivered to me. When I contacted the dealershiop by phone (9420695636), they are not picking up the phone. When personally contacted the dealership, they are using very rough language and are not in a position to understand the issue. My consumer No. is 1905. Please look into the matter to resolve the issue.
