Kindly note that refund has been done from our side and same should be reflecting in the statement. If not reflecting in the statement, plz send us the scan-copy / screen-shot of the bank statement to pursue the matter.
Kindly request to you Please check my account status, it is not reflected in my account. I want to know that mistake has done by either IRCTC or Axis Bank. Please clarify it as soon as possible. A fast action

Note: - In Bank statement details they have deducted RS.50 two times dated as 20.10.08 & RS 18 four times dated as 16.10.08 & 20.10.08 respectively. Please clarify why they have deducted for the same.
