Post paid SIM not received

I requested a prepaid connection to post paid connection 3 weeks back. The Airtel person came to my company to collect the documents & charges. After a rigorous follow up my pre paid SIM card is blocked while i am yet to receive the post paid SIM card. The Airtel person (SHASHIKANT - 9890548995)) is not even picking up my calls since last few days.

Now i don't understand what has to be done.
