I took the Club Mahindra membership (Membership No 994277) on 28/06/08 through their Ansal Plaza, marketing office and entered into a contract. As per agreed terms and conditions at Ansal Plaza on 28/06/08 I was supposed to get special offers as per the details given below:
1. One week International holidays with a validity of two years.
2. Food vouchers worth Rs 3, 000/-
3. One Samsung Split A/C 1.5 tons with 45 days of realization of 15% down payment i.e Latest by 30.09.08.
4. A cash back of Rs 8, 000/-
I got only the first 2 offer documents (which I never availed) along with agreement. I neither got the Samsung Split A/C 1.5 tons nor a cash back of Rs 8, 000/-.as per agreement. More than 16 months have since been passed and the very purpose of this offer is defeated for me. In spite of my repeated requests over phone, mail and letters, I never got a reply.
Since Club Mahindra has failed to fulfill the terms and conditions of the contract, I lost faith in the company and I requested for the Cancellation of my Membership & Refund of Down payment of Rs 29, 978/- . The request has also gone unheard.
I am now preparing to register a complaint through consumer forum also.
