Dear Sir / Madam,
I have not received the PF amount under Form 10C till date which is already received by department in month of Nov'08
Sir i'm in very much need of money my financial possition is not sound this is my humble request to release the money as early as possible so that i can use that amount in my families medical treatment pls. for me now a days any amount is a big amount so pls. release the money as early as possible.
If any data is pending from my side then pls. let me know the same so that i can give you the details.
for your reference i'm attaching you the word file from which you will get the form's receipt no. & date.
