Subject: Termination Of Membership No 28445 And Return Of Hard Earned Money

Dear sir,
I had Deposited Rs 27980.00 Vide Receipt No 072 Dated 20/09, To M/s Club
Mahindra Representative On Dated 20/09 .
M/S Club Mahindra Representative Had Forwarded The Same Vide Demand Draft No
393826 Dated 09/10 i.e. After 19 Days From Receipt Of Down Payments.
The 10 Days Recession Period, as always informed by Club Mahindra Was
Already Expired With in The Down Payment Period.
The 06 Monthly EMI of Rs 13000.00/ Month Was Also Started From
15 October To 15 November.
The total amount of rupees 105980.00 (Rs one lacs five thousand nine hundred eighty
only) was taken by M/S Club Mahindra Representative by cheating me.
I NEVER USED THEIR ANY RESORTS.
From since last 06 years I requesting M/S Club Mahindra please please
Terminate my membership and return my hard earned money but the company is not
returning my hard earned money.
I requesting all Members of M/S Club Mahindra let us unite any fight for legal action
aganist the FRAUD COMPANY
