I sumita Hembram D/o sri Surendranath Hembram of kharagpur have puchased one "Mahindra Maxx pik-up"
from the Dealer "STAR INDIA AGENCIES" Kharagpur on 20.8.2009 for Rs.4, 44, 627/- bearing registration
No. WB-33A - 7804. Just after 30 days the same has fallen "BREAK DOWN" on 30.09.2009.The maxx pik-up truck has sifted to the dealer for check-up. while check-up the truck I came to know that the FUEL PUMP has damaged due to rust fallen which to be replace at the cost of about Rs.70, 000/- and the same is to be chargable though it is under the warranty period
I therefore requested that kindly look into
the matter sympathetically so that the same may be replaced without any cost to avoid my hardship
