Dear Sir,
I am living in Bangkok presently, I have bought Logan from your company on 28th Jul from your Vadodara Brnach, Gujarat (GJ 16 AJ 4017) for my family who are living in Ankleshwar, Bharuch. I bought this car as cash fully paid the day I brought. but to tell you the truth I am really unsatisfied with this car as we are having many problems in starting it..not even 1 year completed this car went 3 times to service center due this problem and it s quite far away from AKV..not possible for us to send there very frequently..At Service center they are telling us that due to key ignition setting problem it s happening.
But will I ask you one thing?. is company responsible for this kind of problem since we paid fully cash why should we suffer all the time?.it s just unexpected and unbelievable As its happening very frequently... hence I would like to know the final solution for the same..instead of repairing please replace it..it s just not acceptable as I am presently in Bangkok it is quite hard for me to communicate all the time to your company people.
Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
