Speed Post Delay

Dear Sir,

I sent a speed post letter to Ms. Naseem Rahman, Live Connections P L, 34/D, NU-TECH Arcade, 1 Avenue, Ashok Nagar CHENNAI, PIN: 600083 on 30/07 Evening and it was expected to reach by 1/08.It was concerning important documents for my VISA Processing (Also containing a DD of Rs.3800). Till now it has not reached to Chennai.

It is a matter of great concern since i am required to complete my Visa Processing and join the company by August 15.I am highly disappointed by the lack of service and in general the callous attitude and the response given to me by the concerned authorities. I request you to kindly look into the matter and send the Post to mentioned address ASAP.
