Despite our repeated reminders and requests to M/s Royal Palms India Ltd., has failed to fulfill the terms under the agreement of sale with the under signed and not responding to the communications made by the customers. We the customers, who book eight unit in Main Frame-II and later on your company shifted to Main Frame on your request because your company scrap the plan of construction of Main Frame-II. This was a signal of miss management and false promise of the company and the management. But, we shifted on the request of your executive Mr Kabiraj, in Main Frame –I, according to the purchase agreement we have to get the rent back if project is not completed in time after full payment of the unit. I received the payment of two quarter accordingly up to June.
But after June8, I visited your office four time personally and I also hand over the three latter address to you with proper acknowledgement, requested to your executives Mr Kabiraj, Mr. G. Fernadise & Mr. Chetan to release the payment or arrange the meeting with you. At the last, six month payment already due (two quarters) and I am not getting any response from your office and your company executives, they never come on phone neither they pick up their mobiles.
