Not refunding my money

I had booked two bus tickets (Jaipur - Delhi) but in first attempt their was some problem so I tried again and in second attempt I was able to book tickets successfully.

Now the problem is that this booking amount was deducted twice from my account and since 14-June i am requesting make my team to solve this problem and getting no response.

They had asked to submit bank statement and i have submitted that 4 times but still getting no response.
