My number is 9742478981. I had given complaint regarding cancellation and refund of rs.21 bonus recharge. I had lodged a complaint on 02-08. In response to that, I had received a message stating that it will be refunded on 05-08. My service registration number was 1127640786. But till date, I haven't received any refund as such. And also I had lodged a complaint once again regarding the above on 07-08 and received a message stating that it will be refunded on 08-08. My second registration number was 1133318942. But till date, I haven't received any such amount as refund. And the amount has been deducted from my account without any PRIOR intimation. I'm very disappointed with the kind of service you have given to me. And all my calls to customer care have been barred. This is a bull-shit and a poor service to your valuable and prospective customer. Hope at the earliest my problem will be solved. You people say that you are HAPPY TO HELP, but we are NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE :(
