I am existing customer of axis bank for personal loan of Rs100000 and a loan for plot for Rs.300000. Despite of a Loyal customer for personal loan. The authority sanctioned me the loan for plot @12% (at present 11.5%) which is on very higher side as I compare to. Please tell me the right way to whom I contact for this type of unfair dealing.
