This is to apprise you that our first interaction with M&B shoes is actually poor.
We have bought two pairs of Sandals under Buy 1 get 2 offer from Chandigarh: MANI MAZRA Shop# 5 - GF, City Centre, DLF IT-Park, Chandigarh Tel:0172-4663360/46733600172-4663360/4673360 and with in one hour of wearing it the resin of sandals removed from the sole/base.
We went to your shop and your shopkeeper asked in a very ghastly way that how come this happened the other shopkeeper replied ‘Due to Rain’.
We would like to tell you that there was no Rain at 9:00AM in Panchkula today so this is completely the fault of Poor material used in footwear manufacturing. We visited your shop at 9:45AM.
We have paid Rs.785/- (Footwear’s) and Rs.449/- (Gents purse).
We want our money back, because of you our colleges laughed at us and made our fun. Also, we do not want to deal with M&B in future.
It will take very less time to broadcast this issue further.
