I Rashmi. Ravindra. Badade was working with Manage-o Soft Orgnisation as an HR Recruiter, I joined the Organisation on 22nd July till 19 August and was commited a professional charge of Rs.7000 per month and was paid for 10 days Rs 2002 only on 10th of Ausust 2008.
Igave my regnisation via email to Sheetal Khurana on 19th August I was ready to serve 10days notice period till 29/08, And as asked for the salary she refused to pay me salary from 1st August to 19 August Even the Appointment Letter was not given to me even after working from 22/07 to 19/08, She did not had any issue about my work... she also abused me saying I am imuture and also on my family background, She also deducted 11.33 percent of TDS from my last salary of Rs.2258, she also did not provide salary slip. The only document which was provided to me form the concern organisation was the offer letter.
I request the concerned authority to take leagal action against the menshioned senario and I hartly request to get paid for the days worked with the organisation with an apology.
