My bike got skidded on 08th Jul.09 do to first rain in Ahmedabad, then from 10th Jul.09 to 27th Jul.09 i have been on a vacation to South. I submitted the bike to Manan Motors Pvt. Ltd., Swapna Sakar Complex, Opp. Apsara-Aradhana Cinema, Kankaria Circle, Maninagar, Ahmedabad- 380 022 Contact No.079-64504041 on 28th Jul.09.
Major problem which I have dictated to the Mr. Satish Chauhan (Executive at Manan Motors) was that due to accident, (a) Bikes front wheel does not rotate smoothly (b) After accident I have experienced problem with the gear changing and is not running smoothly.
While submitting the bike, executive had ensured and commited that once survey is done, correct estimate would be provided to me on my phone by 30th Jul.09, but I received no call till date and when I visited Manan Motors today morning, they have replaced HEAD LIGHTS, FRONT MUDGUARD, HANDEL & CLUCTH HANDLE without intimating me and demanded Rs.3767 to be paid, to which I raised my concern and asked them that I do not need the replacement of accesories except problem (a) Bikes front wheel does not rotate smoothly after accident (b) After accident I have experienced problem with the gear changing and is not running smoothly. But they denied stating that, they have destroyed the old accessories of the vehcicle and replaced with new one.
Due to above problem I am not able to get delivery of my Bike because of which my commuting has become very much difficult. My problem with Manan Motors is stated below.
1 - They have replaced accessories without initmating me.
2 - Exact problem after the accident i.e. (a) Bikes front wheel does not rotate smoothly after accident (b) After accident I have experienced problem with the gear changing and is not running smoothly is not yet resolved.
3 - Commited time and date of delivery of bike by Manan Motors was on 31st Jul.09, which is not yet fulfilled.
