Asking Payment but not activate A/c

I am Existing Client of manashosting, when time of renwal, I paid Money One Month Before of expiry, but till now i made serval call to manahosting, many times chating with team,

I am helding this problem very patiently but now its end of my patient. if you not proper renew my account for three year which I pay, and activate all my domain and each handle control panel, within today 06/07, send us bill within 09/07, to

Note: as per your sale team they told to make order of multireseller a/c, and they told we will make change on invoice as per your offer, and same as I did and given invoice no : 74048 also, but till now its showing unpaid and wrong amount 8000.00, I paid money 14500.00 for multireseller a/c and domain reseller for 3000.00, but till now, your did do any work.

my account was re-activate but, i paid for three years, i want to renew for three years, and i want hosting bill, as well as domain reseller package bill

and my multireseller, panel force, my all domain i am not able to access. its showing,

this is will not happen again note it.

What is your service, before date i paid fully and for three years. same as i newly purchased domain resller.

why my multi reseller a/c was suspended.
