Deletion of the website for the 3rd time

They have deleted 2 of our website again and again .. if the ticket is raised they reply tht we have uploaded the virus so there updated anti virus has deleted the files. If a virus is uploaded the anti virus will deleted tht virus... as per my knowledge virus doesn't effect the html pages... they take it very lightly.. we pay 1000 of rupees for the desiging and they nicely delted it...

There should be some responsibility from there side to customers...
