Manas Hosting
Already paid but account not activated

I have purchased a domain & hosting package from manas hosting. on 29 sep and pay by online bank transfer.my bank account is debit. but they say we have not received your amount. but i am already paid and my bank give me payment proof. but manas hosting not activated my account.

anyone can suggest me.
