Manas Hosting
Didnt recive service after payment

I buied Webhosting plan from Manashosting.com for Rs.2, 300. I didnt recive any kind of expected service from them. My Hosting acccount is not setup even after a week. I tried to contact there customer care but they dont bother at all. Please help me with this.
