I am a reseller with manashosting. i initially got much help from them when i joined them, i trusted them with small sites they were ok. i did a mistake of trusting them with a mnc from gulf. they let me down so miserably. i had subscribed to a 3year package from them i took it in sept.2007. they have suspeneded my account saying i have not renewed by account. my question is how do i renew a 3yr account in 1yr. even if it was due it would be only in sept. how can they suspend my account in july or augsut. i have spent nearly rs 300 only trying to explain to them how serious the issue is, how a company with crores to business is suffering because of their stupidtiy.
everytime i called them i have to repeat the full story again, give details of my complaint link of the ticket raised, then hear mam, 1/2 hr, mam 2hrs it will be working, mam y sales team it should be tech team, tell them its tech team who asked me to contact u, mam please raise a fresh ticket with details of payment made yr ago. mam 2hrs. its their mistake blame on us, as if we did a crime by taking a 3year plan.
all clients are screaming at us as the quality of service which i used to give has been affected, i cant assure them by when its going to work as it is still not working, and i have lost faith in them, the company staff is not ready to give the management contact details . i need to know what action can be taken against such a irresponsible company.
