My GPRS service is deactivated FROM LAST 2 MONTH (around 12/04/08) but till date (04.06.08) around 15 rupess per day is deducted from my balance contineously from 12.04.08. many times (almost daily) I contacted to your customer care executive (121), but i can't gate proper responce & solution.already few ammount was refunded but most of ammount was balance for refund.
I am very very unhappy with indian top most service provider like AIRTEL.
I am thinking for discontinew of AIRTEL or connect to other mobile service.
Hoping for your ve & quick responce for resolve this issue.
