Dear Sir / Madam,
On 6th Aug I'd inquired with Just Dial for Packer & movers and from your end we got recommended packer mover with whom we availed the services. Now after a month against the committed 5 days service commitment, we have got the Bike Delivered on 06th Sep but following are the failed commitments even now:
* Bike was to to collected from the ware house against the commitment to deliver at door steps.
* Bike was received in Damaged condition
* Helmet & accessories with the bike remained missing on delivery.
* We have over 10 mobile nos with us now for their people, one person says to talk to other and then to third but no one gives any reply. While time of booking they were making very sweet commitments & ware attending all calls but after that their employee says, i have left the job, take to other, other one says talk to director, director says I'm not in company... So on... In-fact even you cant imagine the level of frustration we are facing, forget of the financial losses...
No one from their end ever communicated to us reason for delays, we had suffered enough frustration & harassment and can say it was our terrible experience...
Motive of writing this mail is, what we suffered, others may not if we take this small initiative...
