Respected Sir

This has reference to one parcel booked in Mangala Express at Mangalore Junction (kankannady) to Gwalior as per RR no.349722 dtd 27.03.2009 in the name of Sri Narendra Kumarji Daga.

The RR is lost in transit and when I called up the station to know the procedure for obtaining duplicate RR the booking clerk refused to explain procedure over phone and insisted to come personally to the station. The station is about 10 kms from my office and visiting there just to know the procedure would be a gross waste of time.

I am bringing this to your notice because the booking clerk needs to understand the value of time wasted for work that can be done on phone. I request your kind self to kindly co-operate and please inform the procedure over phone as per my mobile number mentioned on the letter head.
