Manju cold drink house is run by the person "shashi" he is distributer for reliance recharge. As i had said him to do E-recharge of 249/- and i said him twice but he did e-recgare of 250/- and wrong scheme is activated and when i asked for reversal of scheme he said i told him to do for 250/- no doubt he has done but everytime he done same way and we ned to sufffer as wrong scheme get activated it happened to me earlier also but this time i regret to accept the scheme and said plz refund my money or do as i said so he didnot do. I had paid hin Rs250 and he although return me back 1/- then how could is it possible i said for wrong thing he just say lie now.
please take some action.
It has happened to other customers also please do needful action as required. I need that necessary step must me taken on him
