Not getting gas for long periods

I am Amit Das. I have a gas connection in my Mothers name Mrs Dipali Das having consumer no K/1191.

And i am residing at B-40 Meghmallar Sarani, Bidhannagar, Durgapur-12. Every month whenever I book gas from Manmohini gas agency i receive gas after a quiet a number of days approx 25days. But whereas if i want to buy gas with extra money from the staffs of Manmohini gas agency they provide us in no time. Can i know the general TAT of getting gas cylinders? Can i have a permanent solution regarding my above mentioned problem? Hoping for a quick redressal.
