Not Received of claim

My Provident fund deposited on16.04.09 and EPFO Organisation sent me a receipt copy which had mentioned that my claim (cheque no- 880935 & 645690 dated 10.07.09 & 09.07.09 respectively) was sent to my bank account but my bank account is not credited with the same amount.
