No Broadband and Phone connection yet

Dear Customer Service,

Its been more than 45 days i applied for my Broadband and Telephone connection. People at your Customer Service are expressing their helplesness with respect to my issue.

My plan is Rs.5000 broadband plan. Broadband connection is the heart of all operations in the company.

My location is Devanahalli. Kindly look into my issue and solve it soon.
