I've visited this showroom which is located in Afzal Gunj, Hyderabad, to buy a Shewani. I've liked one but it is too tight to wear. The showroom owner confirmed me that he would alter to fit it for me and asked for 50% advance (i.e. Rs 4000). Upon number of confirmations from the owner that he would get me the exact fit, I've paid the advance. I also told him that I shall not purchase it if he wouldn't give me the exact fit. After letting me wait for 8 hrs and after trying to fit that sherwani to me, in which he miserably failed, he rejected to refund me the amount. I've requested him that I'm ready to buy some other things for the same Rs 4000 and not that sherwani as it doesn't suit me. He derogatorily rejected that too. He demanded me to buy that shewani by paying the other 50% too. I could do nothing but leaving my 4000 and also the sherwani. Please guide me how to proceed on this. I've the bill of that 4000 which I paid through my credit card.
