Lost a marks card

I have lost my class 10th detailed marks card. I have passed my class 10th in the year 1998 (Index no-T/201/108, SRL No-TY 3274113) from Twinklers School, Bangalore (Karnataka). So please kindly issue me a duplicate marks card. Please kindly reply.
