PF withdrawels delay

I submitted the PF withdrawels form on 9th Jan. but till date 13th May i did not get my withdrawels amount .. Moreover the contact number of PF office, Bangalore, Bomanahalli - 080-25734590 is not working, its always busy.

Please tell me the status of my PF withdrawels PF No: KN/BN/34479/2103
