Is it Fake or True

I got an offer for Jobs in Accounts for Mrriott Residence Hotel - London,

thye have asked to pay myself for the process for working visa for UK.

And they have advised us not to go to British Immigartion or British High Commission for interview for the same. as they can cancel my visa without any good reason.

So please let me know wheather it is fake or not.
